Format of Tutoring
In-Center tutoring is encouraged to students to have their tutoring sessions face-to-face in our beautiful center conveniently located in north Oakville, Ontaro.
For those who prefer saving time on commuting, Online tutoring is available using Microsoft Teams. We are proud to be a Microsoft educational partner; and will provide the full suite of Microsoft online learning apps including Teams for free.

Booking Process for Private Tutoring

Students can choose among three tutoring session length: 1.0 hour, 1.5 hours or 2.0 hours per session.
Academic improvement does not happen overnight. We ask that students book a minimum of ten (10) hours of tutoring to start with. After that, students can add more tutoring sessions at increment of six (6) hours for short term or ten (10) hours for longer term tutoring.
Cancellation or Re-scheduling request for a private tutoring session is accepted prior to 48 hours of scheduled session time. Request received less than 48 hours prior to tutoring session time can be processed but without refund or make-up sesstion. Exceptions do apply to medical emergency or other unforeseen situations. Refund will be made to the same credit card of payment or in the same method of payment.
We understand that it takes more than just the academic knowledge to determine the “fit” between a student and his/her tutor. In a rare scenario when the “fit” is not up to the satisfactory level, the student can request cancellation or switch to another tutor after two tutoring sessions. If cancelled, the balance of paid tutoring fee will be refunded. After the third tutoring session, no request for cancellation or switch of tutors can be accommodated.
